Client Communication Policy

To ensure timely and organized communication, please review the guidelines below:

  • For appointment-related communication, please message us through Messenger on the booking link.

  • For general inquiries, you may text 336-365-4979 or email kneadedbykani@gmail.com.

  • For detailed service-related questions, please leave a voicemail and allow 24–72 hours for a response.

  • Do not send Instagram or Facebook DMs to book, cancel, or make changes to appointments.

  • Kneaded by Kani is a solo practice. If you do not receive an immediate response, we are likely with a client and will respond as soon as possible.

Right to Refuse Service

Kneaded by Kani reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Failure to follow policies

  • Repeated late arrivals or cancellations

  • Inappropriate conduct

  • Health or safety concerns

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all clients:

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • If you anticipate being late, communicate as soon as possible.

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • If you wish to rebook after being marked as a no-show, the full price of the new appointment must be paid upfront.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • All appointments must be booked through the official Square booking system.

  • Valid payment information is required to secure your appointment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • All services are non-refundable.

Professional Conduct Policy

  • Kneaded by Kani maintains a safe, professional, and respectful environment.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund, and future bookings will be declined.


Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Due to an increase in late cancellations and no-show appointments, the following policy is strictly enforced:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Clients who no-show or cancel same-day will no longer be permitted to book with Kneaded by Kani.

  • Appointments canceled due to emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • I CURRENTLY OFFER MOBILE SERVICES AND EVENT SERVICES. THIS WILL NEED TO BE BOOKED AT LEAST A WEEK AHEAD OF TIME. YOU CAN CALL OR MESSAGE ME TO BOOK, DISCUSS DETAILS, AND RECEIVE PRICING INFORMATION.

  • I RECOMMEND SCHEDULING A MASSAGE OR FACIAL ONCE A MONTH FOR REGULAR MAINTENANCE. FOR CHRONIC ISSUES WE CAN WORK TOGETHER TO COME UP WITH A TREATMENT PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOU.

  • MY SERVICES INCLUDE SWEDISH, DEEP TISSUE, SPORTS, AND PRENATAL MASSAGE. I ALSO PROVIDE SKINCARE SERVICES AND BODY TREATMENT SERVICES.
